PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping 5–7 business days.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship from Indiana and deliver to U.S. states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. International shipping is not available at this time. All of our hemp products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable state and local laws regarding hemp products prior to placing an order. We do not ship to states or localities where hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
The Lifted Leaf is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. ---
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
